Tüßling. With a donation of €1,000 from the Gewinnsparverein, the Raiffeisen-Volksbank Tüßling-Unterneukirchen supports the work of the Ambatana organisation.
The donation is intended for the solar project providing hot water at the Rescue Centre in Kenya, which Ambatana has implemented together with its Kenyan partner organisation YISOG.
The Rescue Centre serves as a first point of contact and a safe home for vulnerable children, especially girls who are in immediate risk of female genital mutilation, early forced marriage or other crises.
The symbolic cheque was presented by board member René Stadler, in the presence of Diana Wagmann (left), to Elfriede Donislreiter from Ambatana.
